I'm not much of a talker... so I prefer to let my code speak for me. I'm 15 years old and a couple of years ago I became obsessed with building things on the internet. I taught myself HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, SQL, FastAPI and WordPress, and every day I try to improve a little more.
In 2022, I started exploring how websites are made. I tried WordPress, but quickly realized I wanted to understand how to build them from scratch with code.
In the summer of 2023, I joined the Menorca Summer Camp by Leagues of Code, where I learned HTML and CSS. Since then, I’ve been learning on my own through content by creators like @soydalto, @midudev, and @mouredev.
I helped my local athletics club by creating a modern and functional website (you can see it in the projects section). I also helped Stefano and Irene develop their online store 'Is Animal Guide' in Italy.
Right now, I’m working on Pro Menorca, a project where I design custom websites for restaurants in my island. I don’t have professional experience yet, but I’m learning in the best way I know: by building real things and solving real problems with code.
Thanks to self-taught learning and courses from @soydalto, @midudev and @mouredev, I’ve gained frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), Git, and responsive design. I also use Python and FastAPI for backend, and I’m currently learning SQL for databases. Step by step, I’m also learning how to plan, present and carry out my own projects from start to finish.
Pro Menorca is my current project: a brand offering simple and professional websites for local restaurants.
One of my first real jobs was creating the website for my athletics club. It taught me discipline, user thinking, and responsibility..
I also developed the online store 'Is Animal Guide' for a small business in Italy, using my WordPress skills..
And this very portfolio is another project: a way to show who I am, what I’m learning, and where I want to go next..
